Summer time means lots of day trips. Trips to the park, the beach, pool, amusement parks but it can also mean poor food choices. Most of these locals are not known for their healthy offerings and they can hit not only our bodies but our bank accounts. All this eating out can get expensive! Instead, it could be so easy and nutritious to pack up snacks and lunch to take along. And most likely much more delicious and enjoyable.
