With the recent hot temperatures it's more important than ever to stay hydrated. This is especially important for kids. Beach trips, pool days, amusement parks, parks, camp, sports or even just outdoor play fill our days and it can be easy for kids to not think about drinking when they are having so much fun. But, in order to avoid dehydration, it may be too late by the time they realize they are thirsty. And it can be a challenge to get them to stop and hydrate.
